I think mine is, the isle at the ceremony I feel like it is too short and I always wanted a long isle.

probably just upgrade all my vendors - i booked mostly middle of the road ones, and i love them all, but i would have loved it if i could have had a $15K band, $10K in flowers, a $25K Pnina, etc.

I wouldn't change much. I don't have much of a budget, but don't want to spend a crazy amount on one day, part of me just feels like weddings are just a big waste of money....but i still WANT one!
the one thing i wish we had was a bigger venue and more money to have more guests, just so the guest list wouldn't be so stressful. I would have invited about 25 more people (like friends from work) if i had more leeway with the guest list, and not worried that they would all be squished and wishing for 'nos' from the people i could care less about (like my parents' crazy amount of cousins)

id have my dad there, but obviously thats not something i can change.
prob just a bigger budget so we could afford to invite more people and just make it a bigger party

I would have timed mine out better... We hit a lot of traffic going to the hall so we were unable to stop and take pics at the harbor like we wanted to... That was probably the only thing I really regret about the day. Oh, and I would have gotten a photo booth!
