How do you accomodate food/refreshments for the videographer, photographer, and djs? Do you give them their own table? Or just allow them to eat whenever and wherever they wish? Or do you dont offer them anything?

All vendors are all seated at one table. You have to offer them food, they are working the whole day (10-12 hours) for you.

A table will be set up in the back for our vendors.

Thats a very good question and one that I never even thought to ask. I know that they eat for half off...but thats all I knew. Sorry I dont have an answer for you..but now I know to ask my place how they do that!

Speak to your hall about this. They usually have a way they like to set it up.

Most people put them at the loud table next to the band or the dj.
