DG's grandma bought us the Ultimate Chopper (she is a sucker for infomercials ) and it is AWFUL! We threw it away.
We use the Kitchen Aid 11-cup and are happy with it.

i bought DH a Kitchen Aid a couple years ago and he loves it. it was between the Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart, i think i chose the Kitchen Aid because at the time it was rated easier to clean...

I have the 11-cup cuisinart and my mom has the 11 cut kitchen aid...both good.

I was going to get the Ultimate Chopper..I looked it up on epinions.com and it got the worst rating...I liked it bc it could ground the cement into sand!!!

I have a cuisenart 14 cup- stainless steel and a cuisenart 5 cup (for small, quick jobs)... The are both very good I've had the 5 cup for about 5 years now.

I have a Cuisinart that's a blender and food processor .. and I have to admit .. I hardly ever use it.
Not because I don't like it .. just never really make anything that warrants dragging it out and hooking it up.
