Food tasting

Hi ladies,

Since I live in Florida, I need to schedule some trips to L.I. When should I schedule a food tasting w/ the country club? How far in advance? I am a July bride. Is March/April ok? I obvioulsy will not change my location based on their food, but I need to pick my menu.

I think you will be fine in the spring. I think most of my friends have gone 3-5 months prior to the big day. They probably won't have big menu changes in the interim.

I'm in the same situation as you. Whenever I go back to LI I try to schedule something. I'm going for my tasting next month. I figure that the food's not going to change so it should be okay to do it early.
