Food tasting

I just came from Leonards and I was kinda disappointed. First off, the BM told us that the food tasting started at 2:30 when it started at 3. I was freaking starving since I had not eaten anything since 7:30 this morning Anyway they only gave us some hot and cold cocktail hour food. I really thought that they were going to give us some samples of the dinner menu. I am not a huge CH person I just usually have a glass of wine and some cheese which is basically all i ate today. Is this normal??

Anyway we are going to the CLM food tasting on Wednesday and the BM told us not to eat beforehand since there was going to be alot of food there. Has anyone been to one there before?? If so, what do they give you to sample? I just want to make sure I dont have to stop at Mickey D's on the way home!

yeah so thats great....most places don't do that...its the same for bridal shows/showcases...only cocktail hour food unfortunately

at CLM you will be so pleased..it is so awesome... they give u an appetizer thing w/ mozerella cheese and something else .(can't remember) then they offer u two salad choices and omg really good its like real ceasar dressing, not that fake stuff u get in places then u get dinner and omg its to die for they give you like 10 different choices of meats/fish/veal and its SO GOOD i went w/ my mom and fh and there was so muc hfood left over (if you had more ppl they would give u more) and they also have a chocolate fountain running w/ lots of strawberrys marshmallows and good stuff and they bring a tray of lil mini desserts to ur table, plus u get to order whatever u want for drink! ( just dont forget to tip ur waitress a few bucks!

you will love it !!! the food was great and the bm is so friendly!

CLM does the most amazing food tasting. It is absolutely wonderful. You get a full sample of the menu for the wedding. Appetizer, bread, salad, dinner entrees, dessert and chocolate fountain! Its unreal...i was stuffed! Make sure you try the sole stuffed with spinach and feta...to die for!

I agree all the food is to die for and you get a lot of it. you wont go hungry that night.

See my problem was that I went to the CLM first and booked a food tasting and they told me straight out do not eat before coming because we are going to fill you up so I guess that is why I expected more today. Now I know for the next place we go.

Leonards was nice and the food was good but unfortunately I dont think this is where I am going to book

You will not have to go to McD's after CLM. I have been to there food tasting and it's good.JMO
