I'll have to call my event manager and find out about the tasting and/or a showcase
I thought most place let you sample the food BEFORE you book?

Please don't hate me... but I remember looking at Crest Hollow, and when I asked about the food tasting I was told they didn't have one because all of the food is made fresh that day, so there'd be no way for you to taste the food without going over your menu.
My hall didn't have a food tasting either, but I'm in love with their restaurant, FH and I go a lot.

That sounds weird, I would hope that most places would make the food fresh that day. I dont get it, when I went to mine at my RH they made a dinner of 3 different things off the menu - chicken, fish, and beef...

I should have been clearer.. Crest Hollow doesn't have a chef on premise. They have a chef they use who comes in that day and makes the food.

I see, then they should be able to do it on any day that they are having an event I would think
