food tasting

I know some of you girls had your food tastings already and i was wondering how far in advanced are you doing them because i am getting in Feb and i was just wondering . I don't want to do it a month before but i think now is too early.
please help

I did my food tasting a week after booking the venue because they did deposit refunds within 21 days....I dont think its too soon for you to book it. It was such a great time, and made me even more excited

We did our tasting before booking b/c we didn't want to leave a deposit without tasting the food first!!!

Our next tasting is going to be when we choose the menu. Talk to your guy and see what they say about doing one now and then closer to the menu.. can't hurt and its so much fun!!
