I'm going for a food tasting at Swan club this week. Has anyone attended their food tasting, how do they actually present the food to you like in courses or like a buffet? This is my first food tasting and hopefully the last, any tips can help? Thanks!!

it is a regular sit down lunch... you can pick anything off the menu (but of course try the things that they actually offer at the wedding)... just remember to tip the waiter!

hi, i just responded to your post on the '08 board. also, about the tasting, they actually serve lunch to the public there but i think for prospective bride and grooms, the lunch is free.

It is a sit down lunch and the majority of things they offer on their lunch menu are not even on the wedding / catering menu. It is free for you and your fiance but you pay for anyone else who wants to come. Bring a copy of the catering menu so you can at least taste what little they are serving from it.
