We are having our tasting tonight i am so excited! Question, this isn't where you go over the menu is it? That is usually closer to the event right??
righto - no menu decisions tonight - but you may want to bring a piece of paper or notebook and write down things you LOVE - because you may forget by the time it's time to make those decisions...
Oh really they didn't let you taste the cake? We should be able to taste it! I ordered FH a cake for his bday from mona's cakes and I was thinking about doing the same for the wedding I am not sure how their cake will be! Do you think you will go with their cake?

No they just let us taste the food- they served us two dinners- one chicken and one beef- I think you'll be impressed- the only thing that annoyed me was they made a fuss about us not being able to taste the cakeso now my dad wants to order a cake from a bakery cause he thinks their cake will suuck
We actually picked our menu, then we went back a week later for the tasting. This way we were able to taste the food that we were going to have at the wedding. I imagine that each place is different though.

we didnt pick our menu when we did food tasting but I wish I wouldve wrote things down b/c I can remember most of the stuff and there was a ton
