Food tasting/menu selection at the VYC today!

Just was in a wedding there last month and had the filet mignon-- usually when a catering hall asks hoe you like your steak and you say 'medium rare' i feel like they dont listen. VYC made everyones steak at our table PERFECT!!!!!! It was amazing. During the cocktail hour everything i had was delish!

Awww thanks! That's so good to hear! I have a huge Italian family so we totally get critiqued on the food (I'm sure you know all about that!) My mom is really freaking about it!

I did a tasting at VYC before we booked and let me say it was FABULOUS. Seriously delicious. First we started with a huge platter of appetizers and a few glasses of wine. So good.

Then we had the apricot glazed salmon which I normally dont even touch, but I ate half of it... it was ridiculous. FH had the Filet Mignon and said it was melting in his mouth like buttahhhh, and we also had a chicken dish (french cut on the bone, forget the name) which was juicy and not dry at all. All of the side vegetables and potatoes were great, as was the dessert platter of petit fours and strawberries in choc.

Have so much fun!!!!

Thank you!!! I'm pretty confident the food will be fabulous, since my 10 year HS reunion ( so old) was last summer at the Crestwood, their 'sister' location, and the food was AMAZING. But it really is amazing to hear other people say that the food was fabulous! It's making me so happy
