That sounds horrible, I wonder who put it ontop of the peas and carrots? I think we all know who probably did it.

Sorry you are having such a hard time with your FMIL, i use to also trust me when she realizes she wont win anymore and that the more she causes trouble the more her son is going to not want to be around her, she will change.

wow I can't believe that! At least I know there are others out there that have FMIL problems like mine. I think our FMIL would get along great with the no cleaning rule!

How horrible! Thank god you found your ring.. shame your FH had to get shocked and everyone had to deal with the mess!

My stepmonster would be right up the alley on that one. She’s constantly telling people how ‘clean’ she is and how ‘hard’ she works to keep a clean house. Worse how the kids are such ‘monsters’. When I lived with her, I did all the cleaning, dishes, floors, carpets DAILY and the bathroom every weekend! Now that I’m not there,.. EWWWWWWWWWWW absolutely disgusting. She had the nerve to snap at my sister about cleaning dishes once when I visited. You could tell my sister had no idea what she was talking about so I told her to get off her fat A$$ and do it herself. Took my sister shopping instead. Nasty woman she is! Ick! Im terrified to know what’s behind furniture in that house even though half of the stuff is mine!

*shivers*

Odd thing is... It's the reason Im so obessive about cleaning now.

Go figure?

In-laws can be a REAL nightmare. When I was getting married many years ago, my cousin asked if my then FI was an orphan. I told her No & she told me to dump him. She was right, I should have. Anyway, my daughter is marrying the next best thing. Her future in-laws live in Europe.

Good luck with your future mother in law.She seems like a real piece of work. Some people just never can grow up ,or just cant take the fact that she has to let her son go.Seems to me she is not being nice to you at all.Le tus know the update.
