Do you mean just for decorating the aisle? If so I think a big bag would be enough. Ask you florist Im sure they would know.

I know but I would play it off like you are just to get info. You know inquire about it and then get it yourself.

i didnt even know florists charge for petals.

Yeah I know it kind of stink. She is not charging me to decorate the hall with the petals but for the cones. I may get my own...

I read somewhere that for each square foot of aisle, you need 8 cups for it to be densely packed, 4 cups for something in the middle, and 2 cups for a light sprinkling. (Note this is cups per square foot you intend to cover)
If you're having flower girls, they said 6-8 cups per flower girl.

really!?!? mine said that they constantly have petals all over that fall off, etc. so she said i could have as many as i needed. thats an outrageous amount for something that they have all over their back room anyway!
