After hearing many, many horror stories about them after I ordered my dress, I picked it up Friday and everything was perfect!! I have to say that I had great customer service everytime I have been there and my dress couldn't be more perfect!!!!! What a relief!!!

I went to a location that had a lot of horror stories. Each time I went, the workers were so nice to us.

I got my dress from there and I will be ordering my BM from there this upcoming Friday. I went to NJ....they were very hospitable. Congrats to you

I am going to the one in Paramus, NJ. I have had excellent customer service there. Claudia was my bridal rep assigned to me. She was great.

I am so glad you posted. After all the negative postings about David's I was starting to get frustrated. I have had a positive experience thus far too! Got my dress and it's definitely brand new and beautiful! Still waiting on the BM dresses.
What are you all doing for alterations?

Glad to hear other girls have had a good experience there also!!! A friend of my family is a seamstress so she is doing all of the alterations for me and my bridal party.
