For all the testing I am going through, do you think it is worth it?

Some poeple have said they don't think it is worth it for me to go through all this testing to have a child, when I can always adopt.

SO far I have been everything from gung Ho, to depressed about all the poking and prodding being done.

But, do you all think it is worth it?

I believe if I don't try to have a child, I will always regret it. I am also getting to the point where I feel useless as a women if I can't.

this is all normal.....but you have to do what is right for you and your husband. If exhausting all possible roads to having your own child before adopting is what you are willing to do...GO FOR IT! Adopting is great, and so is having your own child. Everyone has to do what is best for themselves and not worry about what everyone has an opinion on....

I agree, you have to do what feels right for you. If you feel like you will have regrets, then you should continue going for testing.. If you dont, you may always think 'what if'

I know how you feel, but Im NOT giving up hope before adopting, or even if I ever would want to, for my reasons, but dont ever feel that way about yourself

After TTC for 16 months I have gotten some thick skin. Do what is best for you no one else should have a say in anything.

Mish you have to do what is best for you and only you will know when it is enough.
