Is there anything you're going to do to prepare your skin for your big day? I need suggestions for things I can do to reduce skin irritations, etc. My skin doesn't seem to like anything!

Don't stress!! LOL I know that's impossible! If you do try anything new (like facials, eyebrow wax), you should go a few months before to see how your reaction is - I get my eyebrows waxed all the time and I still get irritated from it, so I'm going a few days before.

I have extremely problematic skin. It doesn't seem to like anything either!! It breaks out at the drop of a hat!! I decided to give up soda about 2 months ago (only water and seltzer now), and although my skin isn't perfect, I've seen a noticable difference in terms of blemishes. I would suggest drinking tons of water! I'm also a coffee drinker, which I think is bad, so I'm going to try my hardest to give it up about a month before the wedding. Good luck and I hope your skin is flawless for your special day!!

Marnles, Melissa and everyone else.
Are you going to get the airbrushing makeup done? I have problem skin too and I am going for a trial in two weeks with Jacqueline Nicole, because my biggest fear is having a huge zit (sorry to be so graphic) showing in all of my wedding pictures. I hope that it will help cover any breakouts I might have.

Taraalissa- That's so funny - I forgot to write that! I DEFINITELY want the airbrush make-up and have contacted Jacqueline Nicole as well. I'm going to make a trial VERY soon. (Hey didn't you say something with your ears too on live chat the other night and that's why you want to wear your hair down?? Wow, 2 things in common )

True!
I wish there was someone who has problem skin who actually used her already to let us know, but I guess we'll just have to wait to find out!

Makeup and Problem Skin
Just looking through these older posts...
I have a mild case of rosacea and am very fair/sensitive/breakout type! My biggest fear was having a red face and zits for my wedding day. I went to Jackie from imakeupyou and told her all my concerns. She made me look stunning. Granted, it helped that I somehow got lucky and didn't have a huge flare up that day, but even so, I felt so confident and looked so beautiful. I highly recommend doing a trial with her.
I've been trying to get my scanner to work to post a pic in my profile so you can see, but not having any luck...I'll keep trying! And don't worry - you will all look GORGEOUS on your wedding day!!
