For all you folks who really like BBQ, I have a question

REAL BBQ not hotdogs & hamburgers. Im talking Beef Brisket.

We have Beef brisket at our carving table. I want to have really good BBQ sauce to go with it. Now we who have ever lived in south central Texas know of Rudy’s BBQ. It’s got to be the BEST stuff EVER!

Now this is gonna sound REALY hick, but we actually order their sauce and have it shipped from Texas to NY pretty regularly because it’s really good.

So here’s the question:
Do I go ahead and buy the good stuff and have it shipped in (mind you in comes in a bottle that looks bootlegged and made in some small kitchen, white label, thick black letter saying “BBQ Sause”)

Or do I let the hall use whatever they have?

Being a HUGE bbq fan, I would love it. Plus, it's a way to share your home with your guests. I think its cool!

get it if you love it, you could ask the hall to put it in a serving dish, but you may want people to know it what brand it is.

DOn't worrywe won't mockyou for having BBQ sauceshipped in. People fromNY do it do,whentheymove elsewhere.

My cousins make special requests that we have pizza & bagles when they comes here from CA.
If we could ship pizza, we would!

We order Scottish food every Christmas from NJ, (yes I know, its only NJ, but sometimrs no one has time to drive to Kearney during the holidays)

and by the way. ..yum!

I order BBQ sauce from TN so I know what ya mean.

If SMCC will serve food from an outside source, go for it!! Give your guests the best!

i think anyway you can personalized your wedding to make it represent you both is great. i think that brisket on the barbque is amazing especially with a good sauce so your guests are going to love it im sure
