For all you getting married in the church

Are you having a full hour long mass or are you doing the quick 20 min ceremony?
I put in other for GP. If you do choose other please describe. I've been getting such mixed feelings about what to do.

Thanks!!!!

Re: For all you getting married in the church

Ours will be a little under an hour, but that's because we're doing the Catholic ceremony, not the Mass, thank God otherwise we'd have a ceremony that's almost an hour and half. No thanks!

We will be doing the full nuptial mass.

ETA: I could have gone either way, but I know a mass is something my father and other members of my family will appreciate!! Also we have the time to spare; our ceremony is at 3:00 and our reception is at 6:30!!! A lot of my decision was based on that long time gap!!!

Re: For all you getting married in the church

My ceremony is at 2:30 and my reception is at 7pm. I have a ton of out of town guests, any thoughts about things to do in between???

We are doing a full mass because IMO, if I did not have a full mass then I would not be really married.

I can't do a full mass. I have very little time in between the church and cocktail hour.

Re: For all you getting married in the church

Doing full mass. Priest said it would be 45 min to an hour. Why rush through this part of the day? If you are getting married in the church take your time. This is the most important part of the day.
