That's a bold statement with no other information. If you're going to say something like that, you need to explain why. And also, there's always going to be a percentage of unhappy customers at any given store. That's just my personal feelings on posts like this.

Christina, I didn't have a bad experience with them.
I ordered my tiara and 2 veils from them.
They did mess up the order the first time and had my tiara and veil attached but then they solved the problem by reordering and I was very happy with my purchase.
Christina, what was your bad experience, exactly, you can't just say to these brides Don't Use them? Explain yourself.

My girls and I got our dresses there and everything was fine withthe dresses. We did have them altered elsewhere because of problems we had with alterations for my sister's wedding.

Can you tell us why? I got my girls dresses and FG dresses there.
Since youve been married a while, It must not have been an issue you had? could you ELABORTE?

The reason why is because:
1.) They messed up my BM dresses, by ordering the wrong color.
2.) Then once they had the color right, I checked just to be on the safe side, and again they had the colors wrong. My sister MOH) was supposed to be victorian lilac and the others were lavender. they had her lavender and the girls victorian lilac.
3.) And last, they DID mess up the dresses after all that. Found out on the day of my wedding that 2 out of the 4 BM's were supposed to be crossed in the back of the dress and they weren't.
So that's my story Sorry if I scared you girls.
But we did get the invites and they were fine
