There is nothing like the motivation to lose weight after your first dress fitting!! I swear...I had my fitting on Saturday, and I am DETERMINED to lose these last few pounds so that I look how I want to look in my dress. Anyway, just wait until your first fitting, and I promise you that you'll have the motivation you need to get serious about losing lbs.

I hope so because I need to start going to junk food anonymous, because I cannot stop eating junk food. It is terrible. I not only eat junk food, but I don't even eat healthy foods, no wonder why I am always ill!! Hopefully that will be a motivator for me too.
