For anyone who was contemplating Yoga Booty Ballet
I went to target and splurged on it...
and im glad I did.
I danced for YEARS and this is just as good... I love it!!!!
I cant wait to use the other DVDs and learn the new workouts...it went so fast and I was so into it....
they did a lot of meditation tho, and i have to learn to relax, so ill be into that hopefully as well soon enough..
if youre going to use it buy 2lbs weights..
