what will you use/ what have you used to display it?
I know I can buy a large easel but Im wondering if anyone has a more cost friendly option.
Thanks!

i was told to put it on a table - it is easier for people to sign it

then it can not be displayed if it is flat. Hummm...Did you ask the hall if they had it?? Most places should have easels to hold signs like that. Know any teachers that could lend you theirs from the classroom for a weekend??

Our photographer supplied an easel.
Before that it was displayed on the table with our name cards but the way they propped it up it was able to sit on its own.

Where will it be?? Maybe you can somehow temp. hang it on the wall???
I would say have it hang from the ceiling but then it would be kind of hard to sign

there are all types of easels... even REALLY cheap ones you can buy... they have those little black ones that can fold up... i bet they sell them in office max and what not for presentation uses...they are also super light and easy to transport versus real artist easels...
