Hi. I was just registering for my spring semester online and I have the option of taking 1 course online. I was just curious if anyone has taken a course online and if so do you recommend it? I'm not sure if I should take it online or just go to the traditional class???

I have take 3 also, they are alot of work, but you do your work at home and thats why I take them. In class you pay attention and not necesserly read book. Online you have to read the book and all the chapters because you do not go over it like in class. You basicly teaching yourself.

I'm thinking of taking Anatomy & Physiology 2 with Lab, Spanish and Human Development online. If I take the traditional Human Development I have to go to school from 4:00 - 5:40 for Spanish and from 6:30 - 9:20pm for Human Development. I don't want to go to school that late.

I took an online course once and that was it!! It is a lot of work- you are teaching yourself the information. Also, a lot of times you have to post repsonses or log on a certain amount of times. While it is nice to be in the comfort of your own home, in your pjs, I found it to be more of a hassle. I enjoy being in the regular classroom more.

I had to take online classes and didn't like it--really need to make yourself set time aside and easy to forget about it.

I would not take A&P 2 online. I wanted to ask some many questions to my teacher in that class. Sometimes it's not quite 'clear' when you read it in a book. I prefered the interaction with the teacher.
I also don't like languages classes online.
I would take online classes on other topics though.

I happen to like online classes. They are much more work on your own, but the instructors i have had have been decent about making the instructions clear. I WOULD NOT take any lab class online. Spanish, maybe, but not lab classes.
