for ladies planning to do DIY i really would like for us to meet and see if we could help each other on the basics at least to do your DIY project i think it will be helpful especially for a non-crafty person like me if we meet and show each other how to do certain things it will be very helpful....i don't know if you guys will be up for it...it might be a bit weird for some ladies...

I'm cool with that idea. And Gloria, we're practically neighbors..we could maybe meet up at the mall or the library or something. Some librarys even have seperate rooms that people can use. There is a library in astoria that has a seperate room and my mom's friend rented it for scrap booking workshops. I could check with her to see if she had to pay (i don't think she did though). If it is possible maybe we could do like a LIW 2010 diy G2G!

Goldie that's a great idea!!! astoria is close from me i go to steinway with FH sometimes in the weekends to the arabic places to smoke some Hookah! well he loves Hookah but i rather drink this delicious mango juice they make there lol as a matter of fact lol we are going there tonight but first we'll have dinner at cavo yumm i love cavo's food..but yea i'm up for it we could def do that!!

sounds like an awesome plan to me I work on Steinway so I def could get there. Plus I have lots of craft supplies. Simple things and then I have craft machines that I could bring. Maybe also we could stock up at the ac moore on union turnpike since i heard it is closing and having amazing sales
