Hi ladies- I am trying to get ahold of someone there to speak to them about upgrading my cake. They keep having me leave voice mails for Jennifer but I never get a phone call back. Anyone know if i should ask to talk to someone else? Both banquet managers we have delt with are now gone. TIA!

Try Ron Tarulli. He's one of the BM's and he is a pleasure to speak to (he's not my BM but I like him best out of everyone I've spoken to there).

oh boy - that must be frustratiing! I am waiting to hear back from a makeup artist and it is driving me insane! hopefully they will call you soon?
