Are you sending your priest a wedding invitation? I heard somewhere that he's supposed to get one, but I have zero relationship with him. We only met on that initial meeting to schedule a wedding date. What are you guys doing? TIA!

We are not. We are not close to our deacon. I don't think it is necessary.

Doesn't the priest (or whatever religious leader you have) usually lead a prayer before the dinner at the reception??
I'm inviting our priest. Silly question. How do you address that?? Obviously no guest, right?

At our next meeting, we are going to ask our priest to say an prayer at the reception right after our first dance but I wasn't going to send him an invite.
