For girls getting married at their RH

How are you setting up the limo arrangements? I am getting ready at my house with my girls, FH at his with his guys (we live 4 minutes away). We want to do a first reveal at a OW gardens and take pictures there. we also want a royce to take pictures with. We are having a hard time figuring out how to do the limos and keep the prices as low as possible. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Sorry I am no help here but did you check cost yet at OW Gardens? If the weather is nice for us we were thinking of doing that too. We are getting married at the same RH!

ive heard OW gardens is 350-375, im not sure what the exact price is i havent called yet

This is what I plan on doing.

BP will get dressed at the hotel.
FH, and GM will leave first for the RH. The limo will do a double trip then pick up the BM at the hotel.
BM in the limo and My parents and I will be in the Rolls Royce and we will then proceed to the RH.

FH and I will do first looks on the grounds of the RH. Then BP and Family pics will happen after. Then the ceremony....

I am using a pick up/ drop off package from Mark of Elegance. A car will pick up FH and I when the reception is over.

I was thinking about booking OW as a back-up in case it rains bc it's really pretty inside. It's starts at $295 if you get there before 3 and increases roughly $40 every 1/2 hour. We're not sure if we're going to do this yet though bc if it doesn't rain, our RH has really pretty grounds to do pics so we don't really need to do pics on the outside of OW...

will they charge you if its booked as a back up and you dont end up going that day?
