I highly recommend Paper Presentation in Manhattan. It is on 18th St, between 5th and 6th Ave. They have a huge assortment of papers. Not cheap but not overly expensive either.

Paper Presentation does have a huge selection.
I personally wanted to touch and feel the paper before purchasing. I bought everything I needed there.
