For girls registered at BBB...

So my first gift was purchased off my registry (BBB)..which ironically was the one thing I was hoping people wouldnt purchase lol..its a dinnerware set that FH wanted to add but I didnt because we already have 2 sets of dinner plates...anyway...if it possible to return registry items without receipts to BBB?? Thanks girls.. dont know if I want to return it yet..but I want to know if its possible..

yep, if it's on your registry you can return it and even get cash back for it if you don't want to get something in it's place.

Yes. I was told when i went in to register that your registry acts as your receipt.

Yup! They are awesome with returns. Just make sure you have your license with you - they'll print out a copy of your registry, verify the item you're returning and you'll get cash back!

Yes you definitely can!! i used to work there when i was in high school and that's the major reason why i registered there myself! You can actually return EVERYTHING if you wanted to and get all the cash! Some people have! Personally i wouldnt do that but if you need the money or you dont need something anymore just return it and you'll get the cash! If it's not on your registry then you just get store credit but they never need your receipt for it:) I'm having a shower soon and i already had an engagement party near my FIL and so since most of my stuff was bought off my two registries i have i decided to put more stuff on the BBB registry so i can just return it, get the cash and put it in our honeymoon fund instead, where we really need the money. No one will know either cause they keep your registry looking as if it was bought.
