For girls that had their trials

Did you go with airbrush or regular make up?? I am in NJ and the prices for any type of make up are insane! I found one vendor I loved and she wanted $325 for day of airbrush makeup!!!

I finally found someone who charges one price for airbrush and regular :) I have my trial in two weeks. Now the question is which should I do? Has anyone had airbrush?

I did both. By far airbrush was 100x better! it felt weightless.

I had a traditional trial with one artist, and an airbrush trial with another, and ended up going with the airbrush artist. Not because she was airbrush, because she could have done either, I just felt she listened to what I wanted better, and the airbrush was similar to the bare minerals that I'm used to.

I went with traditional. The airbrush was too much makeup and looked like a mask while the traditional was just used where I needed it.

I have tried both and I have to say I like airbrush much better. It looks more natural. I had airbrush done for my epics (see album) and my skin came out great- it doesnt look cake-y. I feel like it photographs better.

I had airbrush for my sister's wedding and it was fantastic! I had horrible skin at the time and it gave me complete coverage and didn't make me break out afterward.

Not everyone can wear airbrush. If you have good skin, airbrush is better by far! But, if you have any skin flaws, airbrush can enhance the flaws, rather than hide them.

I did airbrushing and I loved it! That price you were quoted, was that for a trial or for your day of makeup? If thats just for make up thats insane!

The price I was quoted was for the day of. The trial was $130. Way out of my budget!

The place I booked my trial with was $50 for trial and that includes regular make-up, air brush make up and eyelashes if I want them. Day of is the same things for $150 and she is coming to me. I hope I like her work because she has the best prices around me by far!
