What prizes were given out for the games played? I am trying to help my mom out, I just don't want her to get cheesy gifts that look like they came from the dollar store!!..lol
i stayed out of the planning completely but the one thing i did was buy the gifts for the shower games. I just asked about how many i would need. I made each one different...one had the santizer, lotion, soap from bath and body works. Another one had bath and body works lavendar lotion, and some aromatheraphy thing it came with. Another thing i got was VS perfume and lotion set. Another VS all lotion set...then a VS make up bag with body spray, lotion and forgot what else...and a philosophy thank you set, i think it was the grace set
Thanks for the info!!! Nothing about my Shower has been a secret due to all the BS that happened!! So I know the date, whose coming, the food, the games...etc..I hate it cause it's more like a party rather than a suprise! I rather it be a suprise...Hopefully no secrets will spill on the bachorlette party!!

dont worry youll still have an amazing time and not care after that you knew...i didnt want to know anything and really wanted a surprise...i was told a few days before the shower when it was![]()
MMMMMM, I love Brownies and Cupcakes!!!! All I know is I want my alcohol at my shower!!..lol
my mom did little note pads and candles and wrapped them cute. I also had a garden party so she gave out like little peach lemonade mixes or mojito mix that come with the little wisks or spoons ...you can get them at home goods or marshalls sometimes...they are so cute
i am trying so hard to remember - i think it was chocolates.
We did the bath soaps and lotions too. My sister also did this awesom game with candy bars so she handed out all sorts of candy for prizes. At my sister's shower many years ago we handed out lotto tickets. FM me if you want to know about that candy game. It was very cute and everyone loved it because it was different.
I bought household items like set of coffee mugs.

Has anyone ever played ' Know the Bride'? I am making up a question sheet for it!! I was thinking of it being 10-15 questions!..with some trick questions too!!
LOL..Mom is having me make up a question and answer sheet and che will pass out blank sheets for them to fill out..or is it better for them to fill out and then ask me the questions and keep a tally? How did yours go?
My MOH made buckets of pansies for the shower and those were the prizes--she spray painted these cute galvanized buckets purple and re-planted pansies in the buckets....cheap, easy, and they look adorable! She also made enough to give one to my mom, one to DH's mom, one to me, and one to my Aunt who hosted the shower at her home (she has a great house for entertaining!!). They looked adorable!!
My shower had a beach theme, so my sister gave a beach bag with accessories like a hat, flip flops, etc.....
