the channa_plaques. What exactly is the process? Do you have to pay before you choose what you want? I want to order one for my parents as their wedding gift and one for FH and I. Looking at the website was a little overwhelming and I knew I could count on you ladies here!!

She sent me a list of colors and fonts to choose from. Then she sent me a few proofs based on what I told her. She is really great and she kept editing the deisgn with me until I found one that I really Loved. After I chose the one I wanted she sent me a paypal request. I received my plaque a few weeks later.
