Hmm I dont know I didnt run into that problem, but I registered for the Delsey brand and someone actually bought them off my registry so they still gotta be there.

They sent me an email saying that the carry on to my piece was being discontinued and to login to pick a replacement for it. But i was thinking why only the carryon? if they said the whole series okay but just the carry on which i wanted the most lol.

I registered for my luggage at macys originally then realized that BBB has the same pieces for about $200 cheaper!! just an FYI (I know that wasnt really an answer to your question but figured I would share)

I registered at both places. Macys was more expensive for a lot of things but I wanted my good silverware and glasses from there... They do have a lot of comparable items and when they were cheaper at BBB, I registered there. BBB is where I did my luggage.
