in short, go to ANY town hall with a-your drivers license b- birth certificate OR passport. make sure FH does the same
the license is good for 60 days but not usuable for 24 hours. so if you get it today at lunch at say 1pm, it's not good until tomorrow at 1pm.
so, if you've hit the 60 day mark, start looking for your OFFICIAL RAISED SEAL birth certificate [do not for any reason even attempt to use the pretty one your mom put in your baby book all those years ago...it's not official, legit or worth the paper it's printed on...it's just a souvenier really] and/or passport dig out your drivers license and grab FH and head to the town hall/clerk and get ready to get hitched!
