I need to find a strapless bra for my wedding dress. I tried the brand Wacol, and I just hated how it felt.

Any suggestions?

I was always small...I go away to college, and 2 years into it...boom...there they were!

I HONESTLY SWEAR.....it was all the beer in those college days that did it!

I got the Goddess bra, strapless longline. It was the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I got it at a place in Brooklyn, but you can find them at most corsette shops. The bonus about where I got it was that it was fitted for me right then and there, it was stitched in all the right places. It held everything in, up, and out of my way!

I had mine custom fit at some place in Westbury...I forgot the name but lots of girls here used her. I particularly didn't care for the place but the bra held up the puppies!!!

Blums also does custom fitting. They are in Patchogue

I would advise going to a corsetierre. You are spending a lot of money on your gown, you might as well get a custom fit bra so that it fits the way it is supposed to.

A friend who is a DD got one made for her wedding and she has worn it again and again whenever she has worn formal gowns.

I also had a Goddess, down to the waist tho. It was PERFECT. And I have DD's

I would go to Mary's Corsittieres in Woodbury - exit 37 off the Northern.

Yes, I must give credit for the Goddess bra discovery to my sister in endowment, Sassy.

the Flattering Me bra from the Macy's Bridal salon is awesome. it's pricey - $95 - but it holds me up very, very well!!

I am a D too and I got a corsette. It felt comfortable and I had no problems with it. I actually got it from the place where I got my dress and it was not expensive at all.

I Love Fredericks of Hollywood!!!!

They make the best bras ever - I mean everyday bras. I haven't tried their strapless, but I'm going to head over there when it's time!

i am a DD and i can never find strapless bras that hold me up anyway, my aunt is an F and she bought a strapless bra from brasmith.com and she said that it held her all night at a formal affair. im going to order it next week to try it out. but if it can hold her up im sure it can hold me up and anyone else with the same horrible problem

I don't know where you live but Blums on Main Street in Patchogue has a nice selection of strapless bras in bigger sizes. My mom needed a long line strapless and she is a D, they had a few to choose from. They were also reasonably priced. FYI: they have bras up to size H.
