For my fellow October Brides - My COMPLETE To-DO List! Happy Friday!
Hi Ladies! I felt like sharing my '6-Month At a Glance To-Do list' with you in case anyone is feeling anxious that it's only 6 months away! This is LITERALLY everything you have to do.

APRIL
•Create tags for favors with the ribbon to attach later.
•Order BMs Dresses and FG Dress. Tell them what month to alter it, as well as tell them that we NEED the remaining fabric for their bouquets.
•April 4 - Start dress fittings. (Bring shoes, Day-of Earrings & Veil!)
•Put together FG and RB gifts. (Puzzles, crayons, coloring books)
•Figure out rehearsal dinner or lunch?
•Buy/Figure out the Groomsmen gifts (ties?)
•4/25: Bring lace for Veil to Bridal Garden for Gina to make.
•Order all invites items. Use the Yes I Do! Checklist/start wording.
•Get Wedding Rings (Should be delivered on 4/30 – put in box w/ earrings/hair comb)
MAY
•Research hotel pricing for OOT guests. and tell main OOT guests to book flights/rooms.
•4/30: Get a facial 1.5 weeks before my make-up trial.
•Finalize makeup at the trial. Bring DOJ Earrings. (Bring timing schedule of the morning from Roseanna Amador/confirm it w/ Oksana and give all timing info to Thomas Paul/decide when he should arrive.)
•Make Women’s toiletries basket for Merrywood Cottage Bathroom
•Figure out and create document/schedule of where everyone will be sleeping Saturday through Monday, as well as all driving arrangements.
•Schedule engagements shoot for July or August
JUNE
•2nd Dress fitting.
•Alter Bridal Shower Dress & Finalize outfit
•Make a Thank You Note Sign for TY Note to take pic of at Wedding
•Fax ceremony to judge w/ vows
•Shop a bit for honeymoon dresses, bathing suits etc.
•6/1- Finalize all wording for invites, (3x5) RSVP Card, and (4x9) accomodations/directions card.
•Start assembling and printing the invites.
•Arrange memorial pictures/candles or just mention on Programs?
•June 6th-ish: BM dresses are scheduled to arrive. Sizes correct? Fit them!
JULY
•Create day-of timeline: first dance, cake cutting, speeches, for DJ, groom, FOB/MOB and Bridesmaids.
•Create programs for the ceremony (print and add side ribbons.)
•Meet with DJ. Bring our Music list, do-not play list and day-of timeline.
•Schedule car service to/from airport for honeymoon.
•For 7/25 – Send SLCC check for 50% of the balance.
•Create checklist of what to bring to the ceremony/reception the day-of and two weeks prior and what needs to be set-up for ceremony & reception by SLCC
AUGUST
•Confirm when all vendors are arriving:
•8/4 – Have all invites assembled and printed. Start addressing.
•8/18 - Mail Invitations 8 weeks before the ceremony, RSVP cutoff is 9/25.
•Attend Engagement photo shoot.
•Start teeth whitening kit
•Meet with Officiant once more and give him copies of ceremony/vows.
•Getting samples of flowers/ tall & short CPs –
•Thank you notes for the shower (Early August!)
•Finalize groom and groomsmen attire.
SEPTEMBER
•Finalize menu with SLCC
•Practice Vows
•9-25. Enter RSVPs into database. Call rest of guests who didn’t respond.
•Figure out table-seating now that I know who’s in and who’s out
•Place cards – Give list to SLCC to the cards w/ table numbers.
•Get Marriage License and other legalities. Since changing my name, get many copies. Fax a copy to Judge
•Send out as many final payments as possible
• Finalize cake and officially put order in for it.
•Syrup bottles being shipped
•Put labels on Hershey Kisses.
•Put tags on Syrup bottles.
•Confirm Grooms cake and delivery time
•9/12 – Honeymoon Balance is due
And October is very specific for me so I didn't include it.
