what is the freezing time? My booklet says from 6-22 hours!!! I have the Cuisinart one

Just want to let you know for some reason when you make ice cream without sugar it has a really weird consistency... like frozen millk- not very creamy.. that's how it turned out when I made it- let me know what happens w. yours
