For newlyweds who lived together first

I was just curious ... my fiance and I have been living together for several years. In a few months we`ll finally be married. I was just wondering, for those who lived together for a while before getting married, what`s changed for you? I can`t really see how my life will change, except for the name thing, and the whole husband/wife thing. But outside of that, does anyone feel a deepened sense of committment or obligation? He`s been my first thought in the morning and my last thought at night, and always brings a smile to my face when I steal peeks at him when he`s not aware. Will I be looking at him differently after the big day?? I`m sure everyone`s got a different story, I was just interested in hearing some. Thanks!!

I also live with my fiance. We're getting married 7/12/02. Our friends that lived togther before they got married said that it felt like a 'new beginning'. Almost like starting over with the same feelings you have when you first met. I think that's great, and look forward to it myself!

True

I can totally see that as definitely being true. As our day approaches, it seems our love is growing even stronger and deeper, and we seem to be getting along better, if that makes sense. I do see it as being a 'new beginning' that`s for sure, but am also grateful not to have to grow through the growing pains of getting used to living with someone.
