OK, like seriously, where is the 7 grams of fat in Ramen. Is it in the 5 noodles, or is it in the thimble sized packet of seasoning???

Sodium is INSANE, that's why I use like a 1/4 of the packet, now on my new Low Carb Diet, I can no longer enjoy my ramen
