? For the Bourne Brides

I have a few questions. I know I have plenty of time to stress over this, but I like to plan ahead and I am just wondering....
Paperwork says we get a wedding coordinator - is that Ben or someone else?

Will they put up frames on the mantels, menus in the napkins, sashes on the chairs if I decide to do them, or do I have to hire someone to do that for me?

Ben is not the coordinator, but he's usually there in the beginning of the reception.
There is someone else on the day of the reception, I think the head Maitre D'.
I think they said they would put up the frame, and menu's. We are doing that also.
I'm not sure about the chairs, you'd have to check on that because there is a company that does the chair covers for them but it's 3.00 each.
They seemed very accommodating though, I'm sure they would.
