For the Computer Savvy...

I have my resume and curriculum vitae saved in Word, but FI's computer only has Works. Is it possible to open Word documents in Works? Thanks!

i think you can open in diffrent formats......did you check that out???

Thanks! I'm not sure, but I downloaded it from my disk to Monster.com, then copied and pasted it to Works. Maybe a round-about way to do it, but it worked! :o)

Works should be able to open it.... otherwise, you can just copy the plain text from Monster and paste it in.

If you are going to save it in works, I suggest saving it as an .RTF, this is a universal format that most word processing programs can read so e-mailing is a no brainer.

There are 2 options

1) when you choose to open it hopefully there is an option to open a document made in word

2) open is as an rtf (rich text format)
