no he doesnt post he just reads. as do probably 90% of vendors. i dont really see why its a big deal if he's just reading whats on the site about him.

i just think it's sad that people want to use him to book their honeymoons and they have to write something negative about him on here before he actually gets back to them

I am very turned off from vendors who take forever to get back to you. You can find someone else!!!

i just wanted to say that i did not have this issue with tom, he's gotten back to me immediately and if he didnt, he would email me to say 'ill call you monday' or something and he would. did you guys try calling his phone as well as emailing?

this was my experience with him: so i contacted him about 10 months before my wedding, he told me i should wait till more prices come out and he would contact me in about a month. fine, so two months go by, and he says that nothing is really out still, ok fine. so now its the summer, about six months before and everything is out. i called and emailed him and he told me to wait again, but during this time, i had to email/call him quite a few times to get a response. well at this point, i started contacting other travel agents. i eventually went with someone else. about a month ago he contacted me asking me if i wanted to book, i told him sorry it was at that point eight weeks till my wedding and i booked already. honestly, i kind of found him snotty with me always. he explained that the past few months were crazy for him with the arrival of a new baby. so thats fine. i just ended up elsewhere b/c i didn't like the customer service.

i know plenty of girls on this site that have had wonderful experiences with him. and i really wouldn't say don't call him, because sometimes a client and vendor just don't mesh....afterall isn't that why we book with our vendors, because we click and they get it?

he also didn't return my calls/emails...

it was sort of a blessing in disguise though because i found an amazing travel agent who is beyond responsive and got us a really great deal (and even figured out how to get us free RT tix to italy using our FF miles)... FM me if you want her info.

I found that he always has something else going on....I used him for my hotel only and he gave me the price and I found it cheaper so he gave me the lower price.....but dealing with him was not easy or timely.....he always was traveling personal and business but IMO if you are traveling for business you should still find time to answer emails and calls......I just felt like he always had an excuse as to why it took so long.....he definitely didnt do anything special for me....i hear other people's TA getting them upgrades and stuff but I never hear that about him.
