They did so much hard work don't try and figure out when your shower is, because you will feel soooo bad. the girls did all that they could to keep it a secret. Just let it happen

I agree 100%! I can understand wanting to know, but what good will it do you? Let them enjoy it now, and you will enjoy it so much more when you are surprised!

I really am not trying to find out anything...but people know that brides are sneaky....everyone who is planning it has or will go through it themselves....

Oh yes! I agree 100%. I haven't checked my registry and I'm actually praying that none of my friends / family let it slip. I really do want to be surprised.

I SO want to know, but only b/c I am a very curious and controlling person. I made it VERY clear to FH and MOH that I DO NOT want to know, how much I try to convince them. I LOVE surprises!!

I really don't want to know when my shower is, I do get sneaky when it comes to people trying to surprise me.
I know I will start guessing when my shower is because my older sister's baby shower is acouple a months before my wedding, and I have a friend who is now getting married a month before me, so her shower will probably be close to mine because my twin sister is helping plan both of ours. I already told my twin good luck with the planning.

I didn't want to know when my shower is but they told me because I have soooo many other weddings beside my own to go to...but I won't know where it will be I'm really trying hard not to glance at the registry...its hard though

I pretty much know what day it is, but that's because my father slipped sort of.
However, I don't know where it is or how they plan on getting me there or who will be there (although some people I know for sure will be there)!!
I haven't looked at my registry, so I'm trying to be good!!

I know its coming up soon because I saw an unopened invite at my grandmothers. I really don't want to know when it is - I've never been suprised before...this is so exciting!!!

I had to know the date because it is going to be in Massachusetts. My mom asked that my shower be in MA, since the wedding is in NY.

I totally agree with you! I know for a fact that I will not look at our registry or sneak around to try to find out when it is, but I just pray that someone will not slip. When my family tried to throw me a surprise birthday party, my friend who I worked with at the time wrote it on a calendar at the store that we both worked at (Duh ), so that ruined the surprise. I was so upset! But I hope that nothing like that happens for my shower!

To be honest, my family doesn't do surprises - but then again I am traveling over 500 miles for mine, so it couldn't be planned that way! I know when and where my shower is and the invite list - other than that I'm hands off on the organizing/planning.
As long as I get to see my family, that's all that matters to me!!!

I keep fishing around for details but honestly, I don't want to know. I've never had a surprise party before and I really want my bridal shower to be one! I know where my mom is keeping all of the supplies she made/bought for it and I could easily go look but I won't. Can't say I'll avoid looking at my registry though. Not that I check it everyday but I check it enough.

I don't want to know, so I hope I don't find out. I am a registry peeker, I will admit!! Maybe I will try to stop that. NO one has bought anything yet. I think I am just going to wear a nice outfit every weekend in April, May and June.
