hey are you planning on wearing strapless gown? and if you are or are planning on it do you feel you will be uncomfortable in the dress ? do you feel it wont stay up the way you would like? do u feel that you will be tugging on it all night.? i would love to try on a strapless as well but i feel like i llok like a linebacker with my back and shoulders and then the chest that goes with it. i also feel i would be tugging it up all nite. what are your plans for ur dresses ladies? tia

All the dresses i tried on had straps. one i tried on had very thin straps and the seamstress promised me with a good bra (i recommend blums in patchogue) and with the way they'd alter it i would have no problems. if you feel comfy, go for it! i wanted a dress that i could wear a regular bra in. LOVE my dress.

i found that strapless gowns i tried on were great. they held me up...i think with a good designer, they are meant to lol. but if u dont feel comfortable or u think u will be fidgety with it, then dont do it. u gotta be comfortable!

i am wearing a strapless bra or a corset to keep me contained lol.i might put straps in just in case...

I am leaning more towards strapless...I figure with a good bra, a good steamstress and some fashion tape i will be set for the night. I heard that when they alter the top of the dress they always make it snug enough to help keep it in place and keep the girls up and perky

strapless.....and i agree with gaby that as long as you have a good bra and it is altered well, then you shouldn't have a problem.

Trust me, even when they aren't that big you still worry, lol. I would still try on the dress and get a good bra. Felina makes a good one.

I'm a 32DD and I'm getting a strapless. I will probably go with a custom bra.

I am far from having 'ladies', however a good seamstress can make sure they never, ever pop out.

Try Maggie Sottero gowns, or other corset back dresses. Mine held me up so well, I didn't need any type of bra whatsoever - and that is something that hasn't ever happened since I was maybe 11!

My dress is a halter. So I am hoping to get a bra that goes around my neck. However I need such a strong bra to hold me up that I HATE wearing them. So I am hoping I can find something a little bit comfy.

I am a 38DDD Bra, I found that the maggie sottero dresses have incredible support. The pics I put up I am not wearing a bra. Other brands I tried weren't as supportive, but you can get a great support out of a corset/bustier type bra...

I'm 38DD and I always wear strapless. With the right bra (I usually wear a long line) I feel totally comfortable and don't yank it up all night. The FIRST time I wore strapless when I was younger I was tugging it all night to the pint where my cousin came up to me and was like 'your dress is fine! leave it alone!' And it was! I think a lot of the time it's just something you have to get used to. But I'm VERY busty and feel quite comfortable with strapless!
