I am having an Asian Inspired wedding..but my long time roommates in NY were both Irish. I lived with them (both men) for three years. I love those guys. Their parents would come over to visit and their families were sooooo nice. I fell in love with them all.

One of the roomies was overseas when 9/11 happened. Off hand he had mentioned to his mother that I worked in the buildings when she was over like a year before. She remembered.. she was soooo nice. She called me every single day that first week just to talk to me. Bless her !!

Ever since then I've always felt like the Irish were sorta my close friends whose house I wish I had grown up in, ya know?
