for the married ladies....

for the married ladies....

is there anything about your wedding day that you wish you could change/do differently?

For me I think I would have worn my hair half up/half down. I think M*I*A did amazing job and did just what i asked for but i think i could have used a lil more pizzazz (for lack of a better word).

That's so funny because if I could have changed it, I would have had my hair all up!!!!! Also, my cp's got screwed up and had yellow flowers in them so I'd go back and change that. But otherwise I loved everything and wouldn't change any of it!

Your hair looked gorgeous though!!!!!

My main regret is that I didn't hire a better videographer. I wanted the simplest coverage I could get, and looking back I should have just spent the extra few thousand for a better video. I never knew I would want a better video, I really DIDN'T want one at all! Thank goodness I got simple coverage!

There were a few things that went wrong that I wish had gone differently but the one major thing was wishing the shuttles at the end of the night hadn't gotten so screwed up. I guess I can't really complain about it since it technically happened AFTER the wedding, but we ended up not really having an after party since we were stuck at the RH for an extra 45 mins.

We had planned to take night pictures in the garden but we were having so much fun we decided to skip them...now I wish we hadn't. Although we have plenty of great pictures.

I wish I had taken more time to dance with my husband. We were so wrapped up in making sure we said hello to everyone at the tables that I missed out on some of my requested songs and just having a great time with our guests.

And I wish I would have bought the Manolo Blahnik's I wanted because I bought the 'knock offs' made by Dyeables and the heel broke as I was getting my dress bustled!

I would have been more insistent on certain photos. I really trusted Michael and gave him very little direction and as a result don't have some of his signature shots I expected and wanted nor do I have that traditional wedding shot.

I would have insisted the flowers were changed on the contract then I wouldn't have had flower issues the morning of, stressing out my mom.

I would have brought the glasses I forgot and wanted to use on my wedding day.

For me I think I would have done a planned after party or extended our wedding by an hour or so, it went by sooooo fast!!!! Other than that, everything was PERFECT!!!

I wish alot of things...

Like, I wish one of my BMs hadnt made me sick the week before by driving me nuts....

I wish i wouldnt have been throwing up the three days before and after

that my hair wasnt burned...

that i didnt ruin my dress on the photoshoot.....

BUT

I loved the day. We made the most of it and I really think....thats what matters!!

Because with all that went wrong, I would want it to all happen again to make me stronger!

I wish I would of sat down and enjoyed my food along with desserts.
I got alot of photos but wish we got all the important ones but didnt.
Wish FH's side/tables got up and danced instead of beingoutside the whole time.

I havent gotten my pics back yet so Im hoping we got enough good ones, but the same thing happened with DH and I, we were having so much fun we didnt take as many pics as I would have liked. I think the photographer may have gotten a lil annoyed with us bc we just kept dancing and werent going outside haha oh well...I had an amazing time and thats what matter most i guess (i just hope i dont regret that)

I would have made them change my dress a little... I ordered it a certain way and it didnt come in like that. I didnt want to take the chance though b/c it only came in 4 weeks before my wedding.

I would have also made them fix the bodice of my dress... it kept folding on me in such an ugly way and it looks like I have rolls in half my pics b/c of it!

And I would also have hired a different DOC b/c mine was major bucks and su cked a$$ big time!

I would have also made it to my cocktail hour.

Re: for the married ladies....

a few things went wrong like...

our limo was not big enough to fit our entire bridal party and me and DH so we had to take the rolls to the RH instead of being with everyone.

Florist forgot to add the lights in the centerpieces to light up the vases....

and oh yeah the biggest we didnt have a cake, RH served it at the earlier wedding

but honestly those might seem like major things, but it didnt bother me at all (ok maybe a little) but honestly the day was soo perfect even with thos minor issues. if i could say i would have changed and had a bigger limo and the florist didnt forget the lights and we actually got to see our cake that is what i would change!

We have over 2000 proofs so I cannot complain but I still wish we had some night pics.

I would have been more specific of exactly how I wanted my cake. They didn't understand what I wanted and it came out looking weird.

Other than that I think it was pretty much perfect.
