I am getting really worried b/c I ordered my card box from them last nov. and I still havent received an email with a mock up and my wedding is 3 weeks away!!!
Is this normal...anyone else wait this long for it or how close to the wedding did you get it???

I hear they come 2 weeks before the wedding. I would suggest emailing them to gently remind them of your order and inquire where it is and what is going on with it or when to expect your mock up pic.

Hi! I also ordered from them. Have you gotten an email with the pic of your completed card box? You can email or call them to check up on it, I've emailed them with questions and they are prompt to respond. They normally send you your card box 1-2 weeks before your wedding. They state this on their FAQ page Here Their boxes are sooooo worth the wait, which I know you know, because you ordered one! It will definitely be there in time!

I ordered with them a long time ago and I just got an email last night about my order! So dont worry they will contact you! I hope I get it in time

I ordered mine from them in july and my wedding is in 2 weeks and i still havent gotten it... but, i emailed them about it on fri and they assured me that i would get my picture on mon and i would have the card box by wed/thurs. its def cutting it close, but as long as i get it by then i'm good!

yes it's normal. i got my email 2 weeks before, and it was sent and i got it like the next day. you'll have it in time!

It is totally normal. I received my email 10 days before the wedding and I received the card box 5 days before the wedding!
