How did you deal with jitters on your 'big day'
great questions!!!!! this, and uncontrollable crying, are two of my wedding day fears...

honestly, I woke up and got butterflies when I realized what day it was. But after that, I was ust too busy and involved with everyone going on, that I didn't have time to be nervous! ust stay busy and keep talking and enjoying everyone around you.

Re: FOR THE NEWLYWEDS
Although, seriously, I wasn't too bad. I got nervous in the early morning when things were running late and not exactly how I wanted/expected them to be. But when it came down to walking down the aisle, I was fine. I realized the other day that I didn't notice any of the details--apparently the sun came out then, but I didn't notice, one of the guests had to tell me and then I realized the guests were wearing sunglasses. All I saw were my parents walking with me, and my sweetie under the chuppah. Here I am, do I look nervous? Nope. I really wanted to get married, so I was fine.
the morning of my wedding--i woke up, looked at the clock, and realized 'I'm getting married TODAY' and then ran to the bathroom and puked. My sister/MOH was like 'um, dude are you okay?' once i upchucked, i was pretty much fine.
the walking down the aisle part isn't so much nerve wracking as it is emotional. as my entrance music began playing, and i was holding onto my dad's arm, i suddenly felt like i couldn't breathe--like i was just so filled with emotion, and i could feel the tears start, cause i knew that this would be the last time i walk with me dad, as his 'little girl.' then as we began to walk, and i saw all the people there, it for some reasonn, calmed me down, cause i could see DH waiting for me at the end. after that i was pretty good!
