I've been trying write for ages and I haven't had the energy at all. Total writer's block.
I decided on a topic a couple months ago and I've been adding to it every so often, less than a paragraph a day. Even though what i was writing was good, I wasn't motivated to go further.
Today, I thought of a better topic, like a juicier one (I love juicy topics) and seriously, the words have been SPILLING out of me! I already have 6 pages of material! I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm so excited! I hope I can keep it going!
Sorry, just excited for myself!

Barb, you are my inspiration for waking up every morning!
I'm writing about one of my old friends. She was with this guy for 235449 years and then something started to develop with one of his close friends. I remember her telling me about it and I thought it could be sooooo cool as a short story! I hope I get all the details right, but then, that's what creativity is about right??

Thats really impressive!!! I love to write but I phase in and out of it. I have 2 screenplays that I was working on and it came to a hault a couple of months ago. You have inspired me to start up again!

Awesome. Writer's block is the worst. But, you did the smart thing. If a topic/story isn't working, move on from it.

wow, that's awesome! i am actually a poet and i get so excited when i come up with good poems--they flow so much better!
