For the Xmas Budget setters - were you good or bad?

Guess what I am? DOH!!!

DH and I set a limit of $200 for each other this year since $ has been kinda tight and we're trying to pay off the wedding cc debt..... I went $60 bucks over! I feel kinda bad, but it's really awesome stuff that I can't wait for him to open DH went over too - with my boots :) We do this every year!!!!! Does this happen to anyone else?

we stayed pretty true....$20 for everyone (except HIS mother...UGH) and for him I spent $180 and he stayed around there somewhere...he'll never tell me

Well considering we said we weren't exchanging gifts for either our December birthdays nor XMAS .. and we wound up buying gifts for both.. we definitely blew out 'budget'

Even for family - we started out really good, now towards the end its gone out of control

we did really GREAT with the friends and family presents - better than any other year actually! But DH and I are tough bc we both have our birthdays right by Christmas! Mine is 12/24, and DH's is 12/30 - so we set $200 as the budget for both those gifts to each other. Oh well, I don't mind spending money I don't have, as long as it's on him

yeah, all the time I set a budget but for some reason can never stick to it.
