for those girls who have been to RK bridal

for those girls who have been to RK bridal

please let me know what i should expect. we will be ordering our BM dresses from them (bc they are the cheapest by far). But i would like to know what to expect before i walk in there. How was the service? the fitting room? the line? No appointments, right?

Also i was thinking of taking my mom there to look for the MOB dress. Not sure if she would be able to deal with a long line though. Anyone have luck there?

Thanks ladies!

go at an off time. i went for bridal, not BM so i dont know how that works but I went at 2 o'clock on a thursday and walked right in no problems. You pick out 5 dresses by yourself that you want to try on and then try on-- no wait for me then the sales girls helped me try on and take off and pulled like 15 other dresses in my price point and style i liked.

I have heard horror stories about girls going on a saturday waiting hours for a fitting room.

You can get there on a Saturday- but go when they first open!! We went early in the morning but by the time we left the place was packed!!

YAY glad you like :)

i was worried not all the BMs were going to like it--- but everyone voted yes (I was nice and more or less let them chose).

On a side note- although the model in the dress is skinny it looks pretty flattering on larger girls too.

yea I would say try to go during an off time too but I have been there after work on week days and also Saturday mornings, didn't really ever have to wait at all...it's just one floor, pretty big with one side for bridal gowns (w/ separate fitting rooms) and the other for bridesmaids/MOB dresses

just expect no frills and lottsss of dresses...one annoying thing they'll probably have all the dresses you're looking for but may not be in the particular color; so you have to go looking for another dress to see the color you want/or go by a swatch etc

I agree with the off time. I got both my dress and the girls dresses from there. It might be a little hectic, but it will be worth the savings.

Re: for those girls who have been to RK bridal

i had a great experience there...Sandi helped with my MOB dress and she was delightful. I believe Olga helped me with my dress. there's where I found 'the one', however, I purchased it for a lot cheaper on the island.

the BM dresses were the cheapest by me and I got them there too, perfect, they got my order down to perfection.

I had complicated colors, the shawl was supposed to match the dress on mine according to the manufacturer, and I didn't want that, I wanted the shawl to match the sash. The girls there pushed to get me what I wanted and I couldn't be happier!.
